At Position Photography, we believe that beautiful images shouldn't come at the cost of unnecessary waste. That’s why we created the Donation Initiative – a simple, impactful way to give uncollected or unsellable products a second life.

What It Is

The Donation Initiative is our sustainability-driven program that allows unwanted products to be donated after a shoot, rather than letting them go to waste.

Whether it’s lightly worn packaging, items no longer fit for retail, or unclaimed products after 30 days, we’ll ensure they end up in good hands.

Why We Do It

We’re passionate about reducing our environmental impact and helping others along the way.

Through donation, we not only cut down on waste – we create a small but powerful connection between your brand and someone who’ll genuinely appreciate your product.

What Can Be Donated?

Products that:

• Are still functional, usable, or unspoiled

• May no longer be in sellable condition (e.g. packaging scuffs, opened seals)

• Haven’t been collected or claimed within 30 days of image delivery

We'll always handle items with care and respect, and ensure they’re matched with the right recipient – whether that's a local charity, shelter, individual, or small business in need.

How It Works

1. If products are unclaimed after 30 days, they become available for donation.

2. The recipient signs our Donation Initiative Agreement form to state that they hold a genuine interest in the products and brand.

3. We handle the rest: If your products are eligible, we’ll donate them thoughtfully and responsibly.

Legal Note

Products not collected within 30 days of delivery may be donated or responsibly discarded, depending on condition, as outlined in our Engagement Contract.
